Vi oppsummerer ukens viktigste saker.

I løpet av en uke skjer det mye i fotballverden. Vi har fulgt nyhetsbildet og ukens offisielle pressekonferanser. Dette er siste nytt:

Arsenal

Formasjonsendring?
Emery på spørsmål om det er aktuelt med to på topp til lørdagens kamp mot West Ham:

And after this possession, to do the attacking moments and defending moments with this balance. But, it is one possibility to continue in our progress and in one moment to try also to play with two scorers. In the last match of the pre-season, against Lazio, I did it with Lacazette and Nketiah. Med andre ord virker Lacazette fremdeles som et risikabelt valg til tross for et enklere kampprogram fremover.

Brighton

“Brighton defender Lewis Dunk is a major doubt for Saturday’s game with Liverpool at Anfield. Captain Bruno (hamstring), winger Jose Izquierdo (fitness concerns) and forward Florin Andone (groin) remain sidelined for the Seagulls.” – Sky Sports

Flere forfall som kan tale ytterligere for å velge Salah som kaptein denne runden.

Chelsea

Hazard

Sarri: «I don’t know. I think Eden is ready for 50-60 minutes. I don’t know for 90 minutes, but he can start, I am happy with him. He wants to play. It’s the right way to think for him, but I have to think for everybody.” – Sky Sports

Hazard nærmer seg kampform og vil garantert bli et populært valg på FPL med tiden. Dog kan dette utsagnet gi rom for å vente med belgieren i nok en runde. Fabregas er fortsatt ute med skade, ifølge PhysioRoom.

Crystal Palace

Benteke
Hodgson på spørsmål om Bentekes manglende scoringer:
“There is nothing we can do to help other than show our confidence in him and hope that the break will come for him one day and it will lead to a flood of goals.” – Sky Sports

Den storvokste belgieren virker å ha en trygg startplass enn så lenge, så er spørsmålet hvor lang tid det kan gå uten scoringer før Sørloth får sjansen i startoppstillingen.

Everton

“Everton head coach Marco Silva will be without midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin for Saturday’s trip to Bournemouth with a minor muscle injury.
Left-back Lucas Digne is fit again after missing last week’s win over Southampton and winger Bernard may make the squad for the first time but fellow summer arrivals Yerry Mina (foot) and Andre Gomes(hamstring) will not be available until the middle of next month.” – Sky Sports

4.5-midtbanespilleren, Schneiderlin, er fortsatt ute, et par av nykommerne vil være tilgjengelige, mens Mina og Gomes vil være uaktuelle for FPL-managere en stund til.

Fulham

«We’ve improved a little, but Floyd Ayite and Tim Ream are out – the rest are available for the game. Alfie Mawson needs time to build his fitness.» – Fantasy Scout

Fulham stiller med tilnærmet skadefri tropp, men Mawson trenger fortsatt litt tid før han tar plass i midtforsvaret på Craven Cottage.

Huddersfield

Hamer vs. Lössl

Dessverre for oss FPL-managere ga ikke Wagner noe svar som avklarte keepersituasjonen.

Skadenyheter

“Wagner will make a late call on Zanka [muscle] & Jonathan Hogg [hip] depending on how the duo respond to treatment over the coming days. Mooy [personal] is expected to return to the matchday squad. Williams & Durm could be held back until the Carabao Cup [v Stoke] on Tues.” – @BenDinnery

Huddersfield fikk en fotballeksjon på Etihad, men heldigvis er Mooy tilbake, samtidig som Zanka og Hogg vil ha en sen test før helgens kamp mot Cardiff.

Leicester

“Matty James (Achilles) is out and Shinji Okazaki faces a fitness test to see if he is ready to replace Vardy, while Caglar Soyuncu is not ready to feature following his move from Freiburg.” – Sky Sports

Med Okazaki tilbake vil Leicester ha flere strenger å spille på offensivt i Vardys fravær, noe som kan slå positivt ut for Maddison.

Liverpool

Lovren
“Dejan won’t be available for tomorrow’s game and the Leicester game. It would be nice to have him back after the international break.” – Sky Sports

Lovren er ute til over landslagspausen, noe som betyr spilletid for Matip og/eller Gomez i Liverpools midtforsvar.

Manchester City

«Some players need much more time to win power, strength. The players complain about muscular problems – that’s why Claudio got out, Kevin. This week Fernandinho had problems with regeneration after the game.” – Sky Sports

To av Citys spillere er allerede ute med langtidsskader og Pep påpeker at troppen enda ikke er på topp fysisk sett. Etter en forkortet pre-season bruker flere av spillerne lang tid på å hente seg inn etter kamper ifølge den spanske manageren. Vi har trolig bare sett begynnelsen av denne sesongens Pep-rulett.

Manchester United

Skadenyheter

“The decision will be made on Sunday but yes they are training with the team and [Diogo] Dalot also is training with the team for the first time this week so in terms of the medical department they are almost free.” – Sky Sports

Valencia, Matic og Sanchez er i trening, men den portugisiske manageren gir altså ikke noe tydelig svar på om spillerne vil delta i mandagskampen mot Tottenham.

Shaw

“No specific mention of Luke Shaw by Jose Mourinho during today’s press conference. He picked up a foot injury during the defeat at Brighton. [@RobDawsonESPN] suggested the left-back would be managed carefully this week and should be fine to face Spurs barring a setback.” – @BenDinnery

Shaw er er merket som usikker på FPL, men skal trolig ha ristet av seg en liten skade.

Newcastle

“DeAndre Yedlin [knee] is set to return for Newcastle. Manquillo [ankle] ‘is better than expected’ but needs to be assessed. One or two other niggles which will be checked in the final session. No Isaac Hayden [suspended] or Kenedy [ineligible] for the visit of Chelsea.” – @BenDinnery

To gode nyheter for Newcastle, mens Hayden og Kenedy er ute av naturlige årsaker.

Spissplass
“Rafa hints that either Rondon or Muto could start on Sunday [suspect the former]. Both players are looking ‘fitter’ but it will be a late decision.” – @BenDinnery

Benitez og Newcastle har endelig litt å velge i på topp.

Southampton

“Mark Hughes has revealed that Mohamed Elyounoussi has trained today and is hopeful of him being available for the weekend’s match.” – Fantasy Scout

Nordmannen kan få sin første start for “The Saints”. En annen god nyhet for Southampton er at Vestergaard er spilleklar.

Watford

Gracia: “No Miguel Britos for the Hornets. ‘He had a little problem, he will be ready next week.’ Tom Cleverley [Achilles] is the only long-term problem. ‘The rest of the players are training with the team. They will be ready for the game.’ “ -@BenDinnery

Deulofeu og Britos kan være tilbake neste uke, mens Cleverley vil tilbringe lenger tid på sidelinjen.

Wolverhampton

Doherty

“No fresh concerns, which I assume, means Doherty is fine…” – @BenDinnery

Når pressekonferansen ikke gir tydelige svar må man stole på Twitters skadeekspert, Ben Dinnery, som spår at Doherty er klar til kamp.
